The Grand Reopening of Randy Adams Studio Party.

Matt Van Cura Inherits a Legacy.
Technically Matt purchased the shop from the legendary tattooist Randy Adams. Randy is the fellow with the hat on backwards in the photo above. If you got tattooed in the 80’s in Fort Worth, Randy did it.
I know Randy from the covers of old 80’s Tattoo magazines. He was the guy that made rock bands cool. He ran with Roy Boy and played with Roy’s Tigers. Most people know that he did most of the art work for the band Pantera. Randy is a Legend.

Passing the Torch
Matt had a grand reopening party that was literally attended by artists from around the globe. It was well attended. I was fortunate enough to help by tattooing designs that day along side some really great people.
I know Randy sees something in Matt that shows the true grit and values needed for continuing the legendary shop “Randy Adams Tattoo Studio”
Here are some photos I took and some Tattoos I did at the Grand Opening.
Looking slim and trim there lil brother! Good to see.
Thank Graham. Trying to grow old gracefully. Come say hi.
Living the dream! Drive that party bus up to Seattle next my friend!
One day! Miss you.
